Great location, breakfast, rooms, staff. Modern and nicely furnished rooms. English-speaking staff. Attentive and professional service. Beautiful Victorian buildings. Clean and comfortable rooms. Close to Hongqiao Railway Station and Airport.

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooms were spacious and clean with modern decor and large TVs. the location was convenient, as it was close to the railway station and airport. the white Victorian buildings and unique design added to the experience.
The bar's atmosphere wasn't as lively as we had hoped, lacking a bit of character.

The Christmas atmosphere was incredible, the staff were so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was everything I needed to start the day, and the view from my room was breathtaking. , the location was perfect, near to important places in the city.
The room was a bit small for my liking and the pricing was a bit steep.

The beautiful Victorian-style buildings were a pleasant surprise in China's bustling city. the staff was attentive and professional, providing excellent service. the rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with a large television. Conveniently located near transportation, it was easy to travel to the airport or railway station.

The hospitality at this hotel is unparalleled, they truly make you feel pampered and welcomed. the garden area is stunning and offers a serene escape from the city. the in-room breakfast surpassed all expectations with its delicious and customizable options.
While it is a lovely area near the park, it was a bit far from the main attractions I wanted to visit.
